While no prior paddling experience is necessary, participants should be in normal physical shape to enjoy the full experience. Expect breathtaking views, wildlife encounters, and moments of pure tranquility.
What to expect
Over the course of three days, you will paddle 10-20 km daily through pristine waterways, setting up camp each evening in beautiful, remote locations. Our guides will teach you essential paddling techniques and camping skills.
We provide all necessary equipment for both paddling and camping. Participants are responsible for bringing personal gear such as a backpack, clothing suitable for varying weather conditions, and personal items.
Evenings are spent around the campfire, sharing stories and enjoying the peaceful wilderness. This is more than a trip—it's an unforgettable adventure.
Practical Details
All paddling and camping equipment is provided by Rjukan Adventure, including canoes, paddles, tents, and cooking gear. Participants should bring their own backpack, summer sleeping bag, appropriate clothing, and personal items. A complete list of recommended gear will be provided upon booking.
Meals are included and will be prepared together at camp. Please notify us of any dietary restrictions upon booking.
The trip is suitable for participants of normal physical fitness. While prior paddling experience is not required, a love for nature and adventure is essential!
